Return Process

  Once your request is approved, download and print the pre-paid UPS shipping label provided through our automated system.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the product in its original box with all included accessories and manuals, then affix the return shipping label to the outside of the package.

  Drop Off and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized UPS location and keep your tracking number handy while we process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days.
